30 Million in 30 Years, Why not?
Proverbs 29:18 (NIV) Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; but blessed is he who keeps the law.
Some translations say vision instead of revelation. The point is that any vision or movement starts with God and His revealed commandments and promises. For example Ezek.36:37-38, Isa.60:22, Matt.28:18-20, Luk.24:45-48, Acts 1:8, Acts 5:38-39, Acts 13:47, 2Thess.1:11-12
The need of the hour is for men of faith who will (like Abraham of old) believe the promises of God. Rom.4:17-21, Heb.6:13-20, Heb.11:8-19 Once people begin to believe these promises they will surely also mobilize for action. God will certainly do His part, the question is, “Will we do our part?”
Prov.29:18 and 1 Corinthians 14:8 (NIV) Again, if the trumpet does not sound a clear call, who will get ready for battle? These verse make it very clear that there needs to be a clear vision or the people will cast off restrain and not get ready for battle. They won’t know what to do and will not be mobilize as a great army for God. Here is an example of what can happen if the churches in Russia begin to multiply.
80,000
160,000
320,000
640,000
1,280,000
2,560,000
5,120,000
10,240,000
20,480,000
40,960,000
30 million requires multiply 8.5 times in 30 years = doubling every 3.5 years.
Below are several examples of this kind of growth in the Kingdom of God. It has happened before, I believe that now is the time for Russia. Why not?
Christianity spread rapidly from A. D. 30 until the fourth century, when it was legalized. The sudden and rapid rise of Christianity during this time period is one of the most amazing events in all of human history. In less than two centuries after the death of Christ, Tertullian could already say, “We are but of yesterday, and yet we have filled every place among you—cities, islands, fortresses, towns, market places, the very camps, tribes, companies palace, senate, and forum. We have left nothing to you but the temples of your gods.”1A decade earlier, Clement of Alexandria had written, “The whole world, along with Athens and Greece, has already become the domain of the Word.”2
Graf Nikolaus Ludwig von Zinzendorf was born in May of 1700. In 1727 he founded the “Brethren” Church Movement. At one time one out of every two members became a missionary. Millions were reached around the world by the time of his death in 1760.
George Whitefield (December 16, 1714(O.S)—September 30, 1770(N.S)) was an Anglican Protestant minister who helped spread the Great Awakening in Britain and, especially, in the British North American colonies. He was one of the founders of Methodism and of the evangelical movement generally.[1] He became perhaps the best-known preacher in Britain and America in the 18th century, and because he traveled through all of the American colonies and drew great crowds and media coverage, he was one of the most widely recognized public figures in colonial America.
In 1735–37, a revival swept through Northampton. About it Edwards wrote, “A great and earnest concern about the great things of religion and eternal world became universal in all parts of the town…the work of conversion was carried on in a most astonishing manner and increased more and more; souls did, as it were, by flocks come to Jesus Christ.”4
Overnight, the town was transformed. The citizens sang hymns in the streets, the tavern closed, the young people pursued God in bands, and it was impossible to get into church unless one arrived hours early.
Then in 1740, like a great flash flood, the Great Awakening rolled through New England, and Northampton was included. It was at this time that Edwards preached “Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God” at Enfield with such remarkable results. It is estimated that 10 percent of New England was converted during this time. Imagine today 28 million converted in 2 years. Picture every church in your town doubling or tripling in the next 2 years, and you have some grasp of the enormity of what happened.
In the last 30 years we have seen this kind of movement in countries like Korea, China, many parts of Africa and Latin America. I believe the time is now for Russia.
It all Starts with God – With multiple personal encounters
The Message of Hebrews – 10:19-25

1 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord seated on a throne, high and exalted, and the train of his robe filled the temple.
Isaiah 6:5-6 (NIV)

6 Then one of the seraphs flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar.
Isaiah 40:5-8 (NIV)
5 And the glory of the Lord will be revealed, and all mankind together will see it. For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”
6 A voice says, “Cry out.” And I said, “What shall I cry?” “All men are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field.
7 The grass withers and the flowers fall, because the breath of the Lord blows on them. Surely the people are grass.
8 The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God stands forever.”
Isaiah 40:13-17 (NIV)
13 Who has understood the mind of the Lord, or instructed him as his counselor?
14 Whom did the Lord consult to enlighten him, and who taught him the right way? Who was it that taught him knowledge or showed him the path of understanding?
15 Surely the nations are like a drop in a bucket; they are regarded as dust on the scales; he weighs the islands as though they were fine dust.
16 Lebanon is not sufficient for altar fires, nor its animals enough for burnt offerings.
17 Before him all the nations are as nothing; they are regarded by him as worthless and less than nothing.
Isaiah 40:22-23 (NIV)
22 He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth, and its people are like grasshoppers. He stretches out the heavens like a canopy, and spreads them out like a tent to live in.

Luke 24:45-48 (NIV) Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures. He told them, “This is what is written: The Christ will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, and repentance and forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things.
John 20:21 (NIV) Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.”
Acts 1:8 (NIV)
8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
- Living by Grace or in the grip of His love – Romans 4:4-6
- Being constrained or impelled by His love – Eph.3:8 – 2Cor.5:14-15
Or
- Come unto me
- Go ye into all the world
It is the most natural thing for disciples to multiply
Judges 3:31 (NIV)
31 After Ehud came Shamgar son of Anath, who struck down six hundred Philistines with an ox goad. He too saved Israel.
The time is now for Russia. You’ve learned how to make disciples using the 2:7. Now with operation Hannah none of them need to be sterile or barren.
God will do his part, we need to do our part.
